These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.ai-flo.co.uk and the digital products and services offered by High Click Rate Ltd trading as Ai-Flo ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing from or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Who We Are

Ai-Flo is the trading name of High Click Rate Ltd, a UK registered company. We offer access to digital products including prompts, custom GPTs, automation templates, digital courses, consultancy, and premium support services.

2. Digital Products & Account Access

All digital products and services are delivered via secure, gated access. After purchase, you will receive an invitation to set up a customer account using the email provided at checkout. You must activate this account using the same email address to gain access to your purchased content.

Failure to activate your account may delay or prevent access. We are not responsible for failed delivery of content if you do not set up your account or cannot access your email inbox.

3. Guest Checkout & Account Creation

You may checkout as a guest. However, access to digital content is only possible after setting up an account using the exact email address provided at checkout. This ensures content is delivered securely and to the correct customer.

4. Use Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access our digital products for personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any content without prior written permission from High Click Rate Ltd.

Violation of this clause may result in termination of your access and legal action.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day, no-quibble refund on digital products, provided the request is received in writing at teamflo@ai-flo.co.uk within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After 7 days from purchase

  • For digital products that have been downloaded or accessed in full

  • For subscription payments already processed (except where legally required)

6. Subscription Services

We may offer subscription-based products or services. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing according to your chosen plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

7. Support & 1:1 Consultation Services

Support services, consultations, and coaching are billed separately and may be subject to scheduling. You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours in advance. Refunds are not available if:

  • You cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice

  • The session has already started or been delivered

8. Intellectual Property

All content, prompts, templates, videos, and course materials remain the intellectual property of High Click Rate Ltd or its licensed partners. Use does not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees unless explicitly stated. While we make every effort to ensure quality, results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for evaluating whether our services meet your needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to access our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
