Digital Products Only

All products sold on https://www.ai-flo.co.uk are digital. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Digital products include prompts, AI tools, templates, online courses, video content, and support or consultation services.

7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day no-quibble refund on eligible digital products.

To request a refund, email teamflo@ai-flo.co.uk within 7 calendar days of purchase. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered if:

  • Your request is received within 7 days of purchase

  • You have not downloaded or consumed the full digital content

  • The account used for access has not been fully activated

  • You are the original purchaser and provide the matching email and order ID

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is made after 7 days from purchase

  • The product has been fully accessed, streamed, or downloaded

  • You fail to activate your customer account using the email from checkout

  • You change your mind after accessing the content

  • You purchased support, coaching, or a 1:1 session and:

    • Cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice

    • Missed the session or the service has already started

Subscriptions

Some of our products or services may be offered on a subscription basis. You can cancel a subscription at any time in your customer account.

Refunds are not provided for already processed subscription payments, unless legally required.

Failed Access or Delivery

If you do not receive your login link or experience access issues, please contact us at teamflo@ai-flo.co.uk within 7 days of purchase. We will verify your order and help you access your content.

Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds will not be issued to any alternative accounts.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

UK customers are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

US customers are protected by applicable state and federal laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
